Ellen's Lemon Zucchini Bread
This is the best lemon zucchini bread I've ever baked or tasted. The recipe came from a friend of my mom's. She kept raving about this bread she had made while visiting. After I had made it the first time, I could understand why. If I don't put this in the freezer right away, it is gone! Butter is really good on this bread if you aren't worried about the calories and fat.
Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Parmesan Chicken
These simple lemon garlic Parmesan chicken thighs are cooked in the air fryer. Seasoned with lemon zest, garlic, and oregano and coated in Parmesan cheese they come out juicy and tender.
Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh is a wonderfully fresh Middle Eastern salad made with bulgur, lots of fresh parsley, and lemon juice. It tastes great, and is easy (and best) to make ahead for a crowd-pleasing salad. This recipe is the real deal!
