Spicy Spicy Ranch Dressing
This spicy ranch dip with hot sauce and cayenne is excellent served with fries, poppers, and even wings.
Knoephla Soup
Knoephla soup is not for those watching calories! It's a German potato soup with small dough balls that I grew up eating. It is rich, creamy, and will stick to your ribs. The women in the family have been making this soup for generations, and I've added my own twist to the base recipe.
Mexican Ceviche
This simple ceviche recipe uses shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. It gets a kick from jalapeños and a burst of freshness from lemon juice. My Mexican husband loves it and every time I make it for a crowd, it's a hit! Serve with tortilla chips for scooping.
