Black Bean Avocado Salsa
This black bean avocado salsa recipe yields a fresh-tasting summer salsa that is colorful, delicious, and zesty. I rub the plastic with the squeezed lime peels to help prevent the avocados from oxidizing.
Coconut Buttons
Really crunchy and coconutty. They look really cute on a cookie tray and they're egg -free

An easy vegetarian burrito recipe I whipped up one night. This is very basic and can be dolled up however you like. I serve these topped with sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
