Easter Leg of Lamb
We eat leg of lamb every Easter dinner — it is a family favorite. I normally cook half a leg. If you cook a whole leg of lamb, double the recipe. You need to start this recipe at least 24 hours before cooking. It needs to marinate at least overnight.
Lamb Braised in Pomegranate
This lamb with pomegranate sauce is about as seasonally appropriate as it gets and one of the best things I've tasted in a long time.
Strawberry Chicken Salad
This strawberry chicken salad with pecans and an easy poppy seed dressing is one of my favorite lunch salads. Try it on a croissant, in a sandwich, or with crackers. It's delightful!
