- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

In a food processor, combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, cinnamon, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, oil and parsley. Blend without liquifying - should remain a little chunky.
