This pizza stuffed crescent ring is packed with sausage, pepperoni, cheese, and olives just like a supreme pizza. It's cheesy on the inside, and buttery and herby outside. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
- 8 ouncesgrounds beef and/or bulk I ground beef and/or bulk I
- 0.5 cups onion
- 0.5 cups red sweet pepper
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 30 pepperonis slices , quartered
- 0.25 cups black olives
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
- 1 , 15-ounce
- 2 , 8-ounce
- 2 tablespoons butter , melted
- 0.5 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 0.25 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
-
1
Gather all ingredients.
-
2
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
3
Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, and garlic in a large skillet over medium until beef is browned; about 4 minutes. Drain grease.
-
4
Stir in pepperoni and olives. Remove from heat; cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
-
5
Stir the mozzarella cheese and 3/4 cup of the pizza sauce into meat mixture.
-
6
Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate each dough sheet into 4 rectangles of two rolls each, so you have 8 rectangles total. Arrange rectangles on the prepared baking sheet in a ring so that the short sides form a 5-inch circle in the center with dough pieces overlapping slightly, like a starburst.
-
7
Carefully spoon meat mixture on the halves of the rectangles closest to the center of the ring.
-
8
Working around the circle, bring unfilled sides of dough up and over the meat mixture, tucking ends underneath the ring to secure, as needed.
-
9
Use a paring knife to cut the dough along any attached perforations at the top of the ring so that the filling shows through.
-
10
Combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
-
11
Brush butter mixture over the top of the crescent ring. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
-
12
Bake until dough is golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes.
-
13
Let cool 5 minutes before slicing. Warm remaining pizza sauce and serve with crescent ring.

Yummy Vegan Pesto
This is a classic vegan pesto recipe that I love! So quick to make by blending olive oil, pine nuts, basil, garlic, and nutritional yeast to get that cheesy flavor. Very tasty on pasta, bread, sandwiches, omelets, etc.
Chicken Pot Pie Casserole
This chicken pot pie casserole comes together very quickly when you use cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, and prepared dough. It's rich, delicious, and full of flavor thanks to the parsley and thyme. The dough spirals on top make it look super fancy and fun!
African-Style Oxtail Stew
Oxtail is my favorite meal and I serve this African-style oxtail stew recipe to all my friends and use it for my frozen food business. Everyone loves it. I call it God's food as it is so delicious! This meal is very rich, but oh so good! Oxtail is easily available here in Africa but I have heard it can be obtained in the US.
