Sweet Potato Cranberry Sauce Bread
Uses up these two holiday leftovers. It has a festive flavor and is so moist! I made this up based on another recipe and made it specific to what I had on hand. You can do the same. I love the combo of nutmeg and allspice... it just says holidays!
Bacon Cheeseburger Omelette
All of the flavors you love in a bacon cheeseburger come together in this hearty breakfast. Prepare the meat and chop the veggies the night before to save time in the morning.
Peanut Butter and Apple Sandwich
My kids love to spread peanut butter on their apples, so one day I thought I would take a favorite of theirs and just tweak it a little bit....voila, a peanut butter and apple sandwich. PB and J can get boring after a while and this provides a healthy alternative.
