Ingredients
- 12 small red new potatoes
- 2 onions , diced
- 4 stalks celery , chopped
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 pounds kielbasa , diced

In a large pot over medium heat, combine potatoes, onion, celery, carrots and sausage. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
