This creamy asparagus risotto is flavored with garlic and white wine, and finished with Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and lemon zest for a bright flavor.
Mom's Wonton
I recently learned to make homemade won tons from my mother. They can be deep fried as an appetizer, but I prefer them in a rich, homemade chicken broth with baby bok choy or other leafy greens. Extras will freeze well for later enjoyment.
Beef and Beer Fondue
I got this recipe from my mother. We always have it at parties. The fondue is a thick, rich, tomato-type fondue. There is no cheese in it and it doesn't need it. The meatballs soak up some of the sauce to make it super yummy! It's always a hit for us, so I thought I'd share.
