These chicken sliders are perfect for a party! They're quick and easy to make with buttery rolls, cooked chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, red onion, and loads of melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 12 dinners rolls , halved lengthwise
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 0.75 cups shredded Cheddar cheese , or to taste
- 0.33 cups BBQ sauce
- 0.5 reds onion , thinly sliced
- 0.5 cups finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place roll bottoms on a baking sheet. Divide chicken, Cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, onion, and parsley equally over rolls.

Cover with roll tops; brush with melted butter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic on top.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
