Boursin Stuffed Dates
OMG the flavors of these Boursin stuffed dates REALLY surprised me. Filled with Boursin, almonds, and prosciutto, and baked until bubbly, these little bites of heaven are the perfect balance of savory and natural sweetness.
Grilled Potatoes and Onion
This recipe grills potatoes and onions in a foil packet with the rest of your grilled meal! Start early, because it takes about half an hour to cook. These cook over indirect heat (off to the side), so you can grill other things at the same time.
Air Fryer Halloumi
I had fried halloumi in a pub in England where it's often served as an appetizer, and it was instant love. It's a breeze to make in the air fryer! We like to serve it with sliced cherry tomatoes, freshly chopped herbs, or occasionally a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
