Real Texas Chili
This chili contains no onions, beans or tomatoes. It is even better the next day. Season to your tastes as it may be too spicy for you. You can also add pinto beans, sour cream and lime juice, if desired.
Nova Scotia Blueberry Cream Cake
I went to a potluck and someone brought this dessert. A dense cake layer is topped with a rich blueberry and sour cream layer. This dessert is awesome! Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!
Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap
Dol sot bi bim bap is Korean for hot stone bowl with mixed rice — oh, and vegetables, meat, and egg. My go-to favorite Korean dish, next to haemul pajeon and bulgogi. I'm a big carnivore, so my version has about 25% more meat than the traditional version.
