Inspired by Chrisp.md on TikTok, who said his mom would make quick and easy hotteok with refrigerated biscuit dough growing up, these 2-ingredient sweet Korean pancakes are stuffed with Nutella for an instant dessert that your family will be asking for every night.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits , 16.3 ounce
- 0.5 cups nutella
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
Instructions
-
1
Flatten each biscuit into a 4 inch circle. Place 1 tablespoon filling in the center of each biscuit. Wrap dough around the filling into a ball and crimp the dough to seal it tightly. Flatten the filled ball of dough into a patty shape.
-
2
Heat a non stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add 2 teaspoon of oil and, working with 2 to 3 at a time, place the filled dough, seam side down into the skillet. Place lid on skillet and cook until the bottom side is golden brown and toasted, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip the pastries and cook until golden on both sides and the dough along the outside is cooked, an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
-
3
Repeat with the remaining filled pastries and oil.

Peach Sangria
I love this homemade peach sangria recipe that my Grandfather taught me to make when I was a young wife. He learned to make when he was working in Mexico in his younger days. It's easy, but it takes time to cure between steps. We've had mango sangria, peach-mango sangria, or pear-pineapple sangria. You can garnish with blueberries, mint leaves, or fresh peach slices if you like.
