Grandma's Tuna Casserole with Potato Chips and No Noodles
This is my grandma's recipe. My dad calls it "Toucan Tuna Casserole" because it uses two cans of everything. It is uncommon among tuna casserole recipes because it uses potato chips instead of noodles. Serve with Worcestershire sauce.
Chinese Dan-Bin
This is an every-day recipe in Taiwan. Bacon and egg are fried with a tortilla and served with hot sauce. If you are an average picky-eater, you will probably not enjoy. You may use either bacon or ham.
Reverse Dalgona Iced Coffee
I call this reverse dalgona iced coffee because the whipped coffee is made in the same glass it is served in. Talk about easy clean-up!
