Reverse-Sear Prime Rib Roast
I've perfected this reverse-sear prime rib, finally, after years of experimenting with different cooking methods for a standing rib roast. We feature this for a special Christmas dinner every year. Dry-brining the prime rib the day before roasting means every bite is flavorful, and slow-roasting at a low temperature followed by a high-heat sear ensures a delicious medium-rare doneness throughout with a savory herb crust.
Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
Chicken and artichokes are perfect partners. Although this is a quick and easy recipe, it has a fairly upscale flavor profile. Serving suggestions are rice, noodles, riced cauliflower, or zucchini noodles.
Wonderful Yogurt Cake
This cake recipe uses plain yogurt, but you can also use any kind of yogurt you have in the fridge. It is an easy way to make strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and peach cakes. It is also very tender and moist in the center. Excellent!
