I started making guacamole this way after eating at one of my students' moms' restaurants. I loved her guacamole. It's quick and easy, so I tried to recreate it with this recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados , peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 greens onions , chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ lime , juiced

Combine avocados, green onions, cilantro, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic, and lime juice in a bowl; mash with a spoon or potato masher until mostly smooth with small chunks.
