Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 0.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 shallots , chopped
- 1 package frozen Brussels sprouts , 16 ounce

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and cook until soft.

Add Brussels sprouts, cut side down. Cook, undisturbed until browned, turning once or twice, 7 to 9 minutes total.

Add bacon and stir until heated through, about 1 minute.
