Smoked Jalapeno Poppers
These smoked jalapeno poppers go great with brisket. If you've never had smoked cream cheese before, you are in for a treat. I prefer to use oak or hickory in the smoker for these, but feel free to use any wood you like.
Vanilla Sauce
This is a great sauce to serve over gingerbread! It has been my favorite dessert since I was a child!
Blackberry Fool
I strongly recommend using fresh blackberries in this blackberry fool recipe for the best flavor. Raspberries, strawberries, or a combination of all three may be used, but they should all be fresh.
