This rainbow pasta salad recipe is great, no matter what the season. The terrific Italian-flavored pasta salad is loaded with broccoli, pepperoni, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 package tri-color rotini pasta , 16 ounce
- 1 bottle Italian-style salad dressing , 16 ounce
- 1 package mozzarella cheese , 8 ounce
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can black olives , 6 ounce
- 4 ounces sliced pepperoni

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain; rinse in cold water until completely cool.

Toss pasta, Italian dressing, cheese, broccoli, olives, and pepperoni in a bowl until well combined.

Cover the bowl; refrigerate before serving, at least 1 hour.
