This hashbrown casserole is a great way to dress up frozen hashbrowns! Substitute Colby cheese for a change from the usual Cheddar.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes , 2 pound
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup , 10.75 ounce
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cups chopped onion
  • 0.5 cups butter , softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper

Instructions
