Greek Zoodle Salad
Zoodles (zucchini noodles) are all the rage and I keep looking for new ways to prepare them. I decided to combine my love of Greek salad with the zoodles and came up with this recipe. A great alternative to high-carb pasta salads!
Chicken Spaghetti with White Sauce
This cheesy white sauce is perfect for any pasta but works best with spaghetti or cavatappi. I prefer butcher bacon as it's the best bacon on the planet. Kids attacked the leftover chicken spaghetti with white sauce and ate the bacon and sun-dried tomatoes before I was able to get a photo!
Easy Lemon Curd Pound Cake
This lemon curd cake is very moist and easy to make. I also sometimes bake them in muffin tins to make it easy for a packed lunch or picnic. Keeps well for a few days if wrapped in grease-proof paper and aluminum foil.
