Summer Pasta Salad I
This is a great pasta salad, light and refreshing and a great family favorite! Has Catalina and Italian dressing, veggies and vinegar that gives it that zing! This is best when prepared the day before to get the full flavor!
Extra Work Peanut Butter Fudge
This extra work peanut butter fudge takes constant vigilance, but it is worth the effort. It's a rich, creamy, genuine recipe, without marshmallow cream or brown sugar. To make other flavors, replace peanut butter with white chocolate chips and any flavor extract of your choice.
Josh's Four-Way Chili
This colorful recipe is a modified version of my mom's chili that I grew up on. It is called 4 way because of the four steps to making your plate: spaghetti first, then crushed crackers, next cheese, and finally the chili. I added the peppers, but the recipe is still great (and faster) without them. To heat things up, just add hot sausage and/or hot chili seasoning packs instead of mild. It is an off-beat recipe that I am sure you will love!
