French Yogurt Cake
This is a very traditional French cake, probably one of the only cakes French people actually bake. I got this from my sister who lived in France for a while. It is great with afternoon tea or even brunch. Enjoy!
Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake
This gorgeous cinnamon swirl Bundt cake uses sour cream to keep it moist. A friend of mine gave me this recipe years ago. This can also be made into small loaf cakes which can be frozen easily.
Apple Funnel Cake
Applesauce in the batter makes these apple funnel cakes extra tender. To keep the oil from splashing when frying funnel cakes, be sure to hold the tip of the funnel close to the oil, no more than 1 inch from the oil surface.
