These grilled scalloped potatoes are a simple and quick way to enjoy a family favorite without using the oven. You can make 4 individual foil packets if you wish, but be careful — they will cook much faster!
Ingredients
- 4 reds potatoes , thinly sliced
- 1 sheet aluminum foil
- 1 large onion , chopped
- 0.25 cups butter , cubed
- 0.25 cups chopped fresh basil
- 4 cloves garlic , chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

-
2

-
3
Place packet on the preheated grill over indirect heat and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Turn over packet halfway through cooking.
