Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges
These grilled sweet potato wedges are excellent served with grilled pork or fish. They have a smoky, caramelized flavor you can't achieve by roasting them in the oven. These are mildly spicy, but adjust the cayenne to suit your taste.

Dress up this keto frittata with some low-carb veggies. They add great flavor and texture, not to mention, great nutrition. Leave out Tabasco for sensitive palates. Bonus: Leftovers reheat well, for those in-a-hurry mornings.
