- 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon seasoning sauce , such as Maggi®

-

Savory Skillet Burgers
A last-minute quick meal turned into a family favorite. Best homemade skillet burgers I have ever had and they are surprisingly not too bad for you! Making them into sliders on lightly toasted sourdough is an amazing gourmet treat for guests! My boyfriend got out the ketchup, and after one bite of these burgers he put the ketchup away. These burgers are perfect as-is--you don't even need buns!
Peanut Butter Fudge with Evaporated Milk
The powdered sugar in this peanut butter fudge recipe dissolves nicely and makes this fudge smooth and creamy!
Chocolate-Peanut Butter Gelato
The original recipe called for heavy cream and egg yolks. This is my attempt to lighten it a little. The photo is of the gelato base.
