These sheet pan pancakes are so easy to whip up and serve as they all cook at the same time on a sheet pan!
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 4 cups pancake mix , such as Bisquick®
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Generously spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.

Mix pancake mix, milk, and eggs together in a large bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.

Pour into the prepared sheet pan. Top with strawberries and blueberries.

Bake in the preheated oven until the center of the pancake is springy to the touch and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
