Instant Pot Beef Stew with Red Wine
Delicious family recipe I was able to make in my electric pressure cooker! I only have a 3-quart Instant Pot so if you have a 6-quart plus, you can double the recipe.
Alita's Tomato Beef Stew
Alita tweaked this rich, tomato-based beef stew over the years from her original recipe, which was much less red and contained less vegetables. We're always a little regretful when the pot is empty. Teenagers can wolf it down pretty fast!
Peanut Butter Spider Cookies
These spider cookies are a fun Halloween treat that are easy for kids to help make. I modified an idea I found online to be less expensive and easier to put together.
