Tarragon Chicken and Rice Soup
When I make this soup, I always get rave reviews. The tarragon gives it a special taste. Tastes great the next day for leftovers! To be honest I don't measure the ingredients when I make this recipe, so this is my best guess at how much of each I use. This makes a very thick soup, with a bite of something in every spoonful. If too thick, add more water or chicken broth.
Crêpes Suzette
Crêpes Suzette is a decadent French dessert that's easy to make from scratch with this foolproof recipe. The warm crêpes are served in a buttery orange sauce flavored with orange liqueur that's set alight in the pan. This flambéed dessert will have your guests ooh-ing and aah-ing for days! Pairs perfectly with ice cream.
Caramelized Onion and Jalapeño Quesadillas
These caramelized onion quesadillas are great for an appetizer or meal. You can add meat if you like, but I make a vegetarian option for meatless Monday! Top each quesadilla with sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and guacamole.
