Italian Style Sausage
I like to add Italian sausage as a topping on my homemade pizza. Came up with this blend after much experimentation. I fry it all and freeze in portions for use as pizza topping. It's ground pork with all fixings to make a simple sausage you can prepare at home.
Cajun Boudin
This recipe for boudin (boo-dahn) is made with pork, rice, and seasonings. Boudin is a wonderfully scrumptious dish that's normally stuffed with pork and rice, but you can add shrimp, crawfish, or alligator meat if desired.
Stuffed Ribs
My Mom made these when I was growing up, often after we had a turkey dinner and had leftover stuffing/dressing. They are delish!
