Tempura Dipping Sauce
The traditional Japanese tempura sauce for dipping shrimp or vegetable tempura. This is a full-flavored version — unlike the thinner, watery, less robust sauce being served in some restaurants. Serve in small bowls at each setting. As an added option, provide grated fresh ginger and grated daikon to mix into the sauce.
French Silk Chocolate Pie
This French silk pie is delicious. I have been making this recipe for over 25 years. Use a chocolate pie crust for even more chocolaty flavor. Garnish each slice with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Easy Air Fryer Latkes
These crispy latkes are made with only 4 ingredients and air-fried in less than 15 minutes. I made these in an air fryer oven but can be made in batches in a regular air fryer. Cook time may have to be adjusted.
