This strawberry soup recipe uses plain yogurt, not heavy cream, so it's lower in fat and calories but is still just as good. It is a very simple and refreshing soup.

- 2 pintss strawberries
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 0.5 cups orange juice
- 0.5 cups white sugar
- 0.5 cups water
- 0.13 teaspoons ground cardamom

Combine strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, sugar, water, and cardamom in a blender; purée until well mixed. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
