Easy, pan-fried cinnamon apples make a great side dish for breakfast or dinner.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cups butter
- 8 apples , cored and chopped
- 0.5 cups brown sugar
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoons nutmeg

Melt butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sauté in hot butter until tender and golden, 10 to 15 minutes.
