A great, tangy take on the traditional bean burrito with Sloppy Joe filling. Very simple and quick to prepare and mild enough that kids love it.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can Sloppy Joe sauce , 15.5 ounce
- 1 can refried beans , 30 ounce
- 6 flours tortillas , 10 inch
- 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced black olives , drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium red onion , diced

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

Reduce heat to medium and stir in Sloppy Joe sauce. Stir in refried beans until blended and cook until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, warm tortillas over medium-low heat on a flat skillet.

Fill tortillas with meat mixture and top as desired with Cheddar cheese, black olives, sour cream, and diced onion.
