This 3-ingredient slow cooker apple butter is easy to make. Forget it and leave it.
Ingredients
- 12 pounds Golden Delicious apples - peeled , cored and sliced
- 0.5 cups apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cloves

Place apples and vinegar into a large slow cooker and cover with the lid. Cook on High for 8 hours, then turn to Low and continue cooking for 10 more hours.

Stir in white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Cook on Low for 4 more hours.
