These smash dumpling tacos are your favorite pork dumplings simplified—no rolling and tucking—by spreading the filling on flour tortillas, then cooking them smash-style. You get all the flavor, and then, because you've used a tortilla, you call it a taco.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber , chopped
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoons chili flakes
Instructions
-
1
Combine cucumber, rice vinegar, salt, and chili flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.
-
2
For taco filling, combine pork, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger paste, and green onions in a bowl; mix gently with your hands or a fork.
-
3
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spread 2 tablespoons filling over a tortilla in a flat, even layer.
-
4
Place tortilla in the skillet filling side down. Using a spatula, press and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
-

"Instant" Mac and Cheese
No-boil, no-bake, one-pan mac and cheese is not just possibly simple, but simply possible! On top of producing awesome taste and texture, the whole procedure only took a few minutes longer than the boxed stuff; not to mention we avoided about a dozen ingredients we probably shouldn't be eating. Just make sure to grate your own (high-quality) Cheddar and turn off the heat as soon as the cheese melts, and the process should go smoothly.
French Silk Pie
Delicious, creamy, and decadent French silk pie, this recipe is unique since it requires the eggs to be cooked rather than a typical French silk pie recipe that uses raw eggs. To make things easier, use a frozen store-bought deep-dish pie crust! Garnish with fresh whipped cream and chocolate curls. Cover remaining pie with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Ginger Berry Smoothie
This luscious fruit smoothie is chock full of berries but has a definite spicy kick with the added fresh ginger. Very invigorating after a nice yoga workout!
