These smoked pork chops with sauerkraut make a fairly quick-and-easy, satisfying weeknight meal. The chops are already fully cooked, so they don't need a lot of time braising, but the flavor is there.

- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 cookeds pork chops
- 0.33 cups onion
- 1 jar sauerkraut , 16 ounce

- 0.5 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon bacon grease
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 5 junipers berries
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Quickly sear meat for 2 minutes on each side, and remove from pan. Reduce heat to medium, add onions, and saute for 3 minutes.
-
2
Stir in sauerkraut, apple, beef broth, bacon grease, garlic, juniper berries, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Hotteok
Hotteok is a street food in Korea. It's a flat bread filled with yumminess. Although my recipe may differ from the traditional ones, my family craves it all the time. You can also change the filling to whatever you like. If you have a sweet tooth, you may want to try this! And don't forget to smile when you finish eating hotteok.

This New York cheesecake recipe with sour cream is foolproof, easy, and super delicious.
Blueberry French Toast Bake
I based this recipe off other French toast casseroles but without all the white sugar most of them called for. The blueberries and maple syrup sweeten it up plenty! Serve with more maple syrup, if desired.
