Air Fryer Truffle Polenta Fries
These air fryer truffle polenta fries, flavored with truffle-infused oil and truffle zest, are crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. I like to serve them alongside a steak—steak frites so to speak. Serve with any dipping sauce; I recommend a spicy mayo, marinara, ranch, or ketchup.
Pasta Primavera with Cauliflower Sauce
This pasta with cauliflower sauce is a terrific way to eat healthy. If you're not using high-protein pasta, you can double the protein per serving by adding 8 ounces of cooked and sliced chicken breast.
Fougasse (French-Style Flatbread)
This gorgeous fougasse, a cousin to the more popular focaccia, is edible bread art straight from the South of France. It's so simple to make that you'll most likely nail it even if it's your first time. A special folding technique helps develop the gluten formation and the result — a thin, crispy crust with a light, tender, bubbly inside — is simply amazing!
