Turkey Bow-Tie Casserole
A super easy, yummy, kid-friendly pasta casserole. My little sister and I were making lunch when we made up this casserole. She doesn't like hamburger, but she is a huge pasta and turkey fan. It goes together really quickly if one person makes the turkey part and another person makes the noodle part. Refrigerate leftovers.
Grammy's Overnight Lasagna
My Grammy's version of lasagna. Prepared the day before and left in the fridge overnight, it pops quickly into the oven and is on the table in no time. Sometimes I'll gussy it up with herbs and spices, but there is something nice and simple and homey about how Grammy made it. Easily halved or doubled!
Meatloaf on the Grill
For this meatloaf on the grill recipe, we use ground pork and ground turkey because we don't eat beef, but you can use any ground meat. This grilled meatloaf recipe is a fun way to cook a meatloaf that is great for a hot summer day when you don't want to turn on the oven. We use a charcoal grill. I usually don't measure the seasoning, so go by your own tastes.
