These spicy and savory broiled turkey burgers are some of my favorites. The recipe begins with the beautiful trio of onion, garlic, and ginger and are accented with a wide range of spices. Most ground turkey comes in 20-ounce plastic-covered trays, so I usually peel off the top, dump all the ingredients in, make patties, and throw away the package. There are no dishes to do except for the cooking pan and utensils.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1 package 93% lean ground turkey , 20 ounce
- 0.5 medium onion , diced
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 1 fresh ginger , grated

- 1.5 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 0.25 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Set an oven rack about 4 to 5 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Lightly coat a broiling pan with cooking spray.

Chunky Broccoli Cheese Soup
You're gonna LOVE this! It's great served with broccoli cornbread!
Raw Hummus
This raw, organic hummus is a treat from traditionally cooked hummus. It causes very little gas because all the enzymes are still there. When I serve this, I make a well in the middle and fill it with olive oil. Serve with pita bread, carrots, celery sticks, or small romaine leaves.
Dessertlover's Classic Caramel Sauce
This is your basic caramel sauce, nothing fancy. In my opinion, a good starter recipe to maybe change to your liking afterwards.
