In my dictionary, Sriracha means spicy goodness. This pizza has just enough sweetness to complement the spicy goodness of the Sriracha. This recipe was made in a Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cups honey
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce , or more to taste
- 2 skinless , boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 container refrigerated pizza crust , 10 ounce
- 0.67 cups ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Instructions
-
1
Preheat a countertop induction oven to medium and select the Grill function.
-
2
Mix honey and Sriracha together in a bowl.
-
3
Place chicken onto the preheated grill pan and set the timer for 4 minutes. Turn chicken after 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir into the honey mixture.
-
4
Unroll pizza crust flat onto the grill pan. Spread ranch dressing on pizza crust and sprinkle marinated chicken over top. Sprinkle with Colby-Jack cheese.
-
5
Place pizza in the oven, press Auto Cook, and select the Frozen Pizza setting for a 12-inch pizza. Cook until the timer goes off, about 13 minutes.
-
6
Remove from the oven and cut into slices.

Big Game Dip
I make this dip recipe for my big football game parties every year, and everyone raves over it. You can make it as spicy or as mild as you want.
Witches' Hats
Witches' hats are cute and simple Halloween treats that everyone will love. The amount this recipe makes depends on how many cookies and chocolate kisses you have. It just depends on how many you want. The last time I made these, I ended up making about 140 or so.
Matzo Ball Soup
This matzo ball soup is so rich and flavorful, there's no reason to wait until Passover to enjoy it! This recipe has been in our Jewish family for generations. Some family members say it started with our great-great-grandmother Bubbie Rose. My husband (her great-great-grandson) has put his own twist on it by adding extra vegetables and fresh dill which we think sets this soup apart from the rest.
