Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 carrots , chopped
  • 1 banana , cut into chunks
  • 1 apple , chopped

  • 0.5 cups ice cubes , or as desired
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed , Optional
