These stuffed mini peppers have only 5 ingredients, are simple to throw together, and pack a ton of flavor. Baked and broiled, they are melty, cheesy goodness, but they are great raw, too. Whatever you decide, they will be the hit of your next tailgating party!
Ingredients
- 1 pound mini peppers
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 0.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 green onion , chopped
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place peppers on a large baking sheet.
-
2
Combine cream cheese, Cheddar, everything seasoning, and green onion in a bowl. Mix well until evenly combined. Using a butter knife, spread each pepper with an equal amount of cheese mixture.
-
3
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn the oven's broiler to High and broil until cheese is browned on top, about 2 minutes.

I received this recipe from my friend Joyce three years ago, she in turn got it from a elderly southern lady. It is a real classic Southern style pecan pie and is very pretty too!
