Summer is Here Triple Berry Peach Pie
The best part of summer is the abundance of fresh, juicy fruit available in grocery stores and farmers' markets. This triple berry peach pie recipe is my creation, inspired by my visit to the market, where I saw beautiful berries and peaches for sale. After experimenting with different fruits and sugar levels, I created a triple berry and peach pie that screams, "Summer is here!"
Southwest Chicken Salad
Romaine is topped with grilled chicken, corn, beans, tomatoes, and onions, and drizzled with a creamy avocado ranch dressing. This is one hearty salad that hits the spot all year around.
Peach Cake with Brown Sugar Icing
A moist, light peach cake is topped with a sugary sweet, praline-like icing for a decadent dessert. Since this recipe starts with boxed cake mix and canned peaches, you can make it easily any time of year, not just when peaches are in season! Replace the icing with a crumble topping for a more coffee cake-like variation.
