This whipped cream frosting is yummy and very stable. It does not melt at room temperature like many standard whipped cream frostings. This recipe is great for a stand mixer but any good mixer will work.

Sriracha Honey Chicken Pizza
In my dictionary, Sriracha means spicy goodness. This pizza has just enough sweetness to complement the spicy goodness of the Sriracha. This recipe was made in a Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven.
Mince Pies
Mince pies are sweet (yes, sweet) Christmas pastry delights! Despite the name and the fact that mince pies are made with mincemeat, mince pies do not contain any meat and the filling is made primarily of dried fruit and spices. They're so good your guests will be sure to ask for more!
Ex-Girlfriend's Mom's Salsa Fresca (Pico de Gallo)
My ex's mom had the best hand-chopped salsa fresca I have ever tasted. Over the years, I have tweaked her recipe to something my friends and family rave about. The trick for this salsa is marinating the onions and jalapeños in lime juice for about 5 minutes before adding the tomatoes and cilantro. Hope you enjoy!
