This sweet potato pineapple casserole is a super-easy side dish that has always been a hit with my family for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Ingredients
- 3 sweets potatoes
- 0.5 cups crushed pineapple with juice
- 0.25 cups packed light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

-
4
Bake in the preheated oven until casserole mushy with no excess water in dish, about 45 minutes.

This is such an easy cheesy tortellini bake, but it looks and smells great and tastes even better! Your guests will think you spent hours on it. You can add cooked Italian sausage, too! Great with a salad and garlic bread.
