Ingredients
- 1 can chicken broth , 14.5 ounce
- 1 can tomato sauce , 8 ounce
- 1 package taco seasoning mix , 1 ounce
- 1.5 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 can black olives , 6 ounce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream

Place chicken broth, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning into a large pot; bring to a boil.

Stir rice into the pot, cover, and remove from heat. Let the pot stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
