This fruit salad is commonly found on street carts in Mexico. For a fun twist I added bananas and fresh pineapple, and chopped fresh mint for added color. Very refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges , peeled and segmented
  • 1 mango , diced
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup diced jicama
  • 1 small cucumber , sliced
  • 1 banana , sliced
  • 2 limes , juiced
  • 1 tablespoon chile-lime seasoning , such as Tajin®
  • 0.5 teaspoons chopped fresh mint , Optional

Instructions

    Cut orange segments in half and place in a bowl. Add mango, pineapple, jicama, cucumber, and banana. Add lime juice and sprinkle with chile-lime seasoning; toss to coat. Sprinkle with mint.
