This fruit salad is commonly found on street carts in Mexico. For a fun twist I added bananas and fresh pineapple, and chopped fresh mint for added color. Very refreshing.
Ingredients
- 2 large oranges , peeled and segmented
- 1 mango , diced
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup diced jicama
- 1 small cucumber , sliced
- 1 banana , sliced
- 2 limes , juiced
- 1 tablespoon chile-lime seasoning , such as Tajin®
- 0.5 teaspoons chopped fresh mint , Optional

Cut orange segments in half and place in a bowl. Add mango, pineapple, jicama, cucumber, and banana. Add lime juice and sprinkle with chile-lime seasoning; toss to coat. Sprinkle with mint.
