Braised Lamb Ragù
This hearty lamb ragù braises lamb shoulder for hours in a rich and flavorful tomato sauce flavored with red wine, garlic, fennel, and herbs until fall-apart tender and oh-so-good! The fresh herbs give it a delicious aroma, and a touch of orange zest brings it to life. Serve over pappardelle or your favorite pasta.
Saltine Cracker Pie Crust
Who says you need to stick with graham crackers for a delicious pie crust? I prefer the sweet and salty concoctions which makes this pie crust ideal.
Bar-B-Q Baked Beans
I have been serving this recipe to my extended family every Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter for over 20 years. It is always a big hit but I have never told the children that there are lima beans in it! This is especially good with a baked ham or spareribs, and is easily doubled. Enjoy!
