- 1 cup finely diced onion
- 0.5 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 0.25 cups minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeño pepper , including seeds
- 0.5 teaspoons ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoons kosher salt , or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
