Air fryer cooked chicken tenders are quick and easy to make and will surely become a family favorite.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1 large egg
- 0.5 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 8 chickens tenders
- freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
-
1
Gather ingredients.
-
2
Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat basket with cooking spray.
-
3
Whisk egg in a small bowl. In another bowl, stir together panko and oil until loose and crumbly.
-
4
Dip each chicken tender into egg, allowing excess to drip off. Dip chicken in panko mixture to coat completely. Working in batches if needed.
-
5
Arrange chicken in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 12 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

I've used this recipe for curry-spiced chicken wings for years. Everyone who tries it loves it! For the best flavor, marinate several hours.
Braised Lamb Shanks
Lamb shanks braised in red wine with fresh rosemary, garlic, and tomatoes. Excellent served with polenta or roasted garlic mashed potatoes, my family's favorite, to soak up the wonderful sauce. This is a fantastic dish to make for company, as all the prep work is done at the beginning. All you have to do is wait!
My Fly Stir-Fry
My mom taught me how to make this very tasty stir-fry. My boyfriend loves it so much I make it at least once a week! You can use virtually any combination of vegetables and meat you like, but the combination of sauces is essential. Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
